9/27/25 – Purchased from Linda Vista Natives. This is a nice and small manzanita that I’m going to grow in a pot for as long as I can. It was in a 1 gallon pot, so I gently broke up the bottom of the root ball and pulled a few loose from the sides. I also added a couple of cups of glacial rock dust and some Mycorrhiza to the Fox Farm soil.
Margarita’s Joy is another small manzanita that I’m trying to grow in a pot. The Byrd Hill is in the background and it’s planted in the ground.
