3/11/26 – Already starting to get shaded from the tress above it, going to have to thin those! It’s doubled in size over the last couple of months!
2/14/26 – This is about 13 months old now and starting it’s growth spurt now that it’s finally getting some sun again. It’s starting to branch out. I’m going to trim the tress this spring to get some more sun this year.
10/17/25 – Plant was heavily shaded for all of the summer, getting 1-2 hours of sun a day. It should get full sun as soon as the tress drop their leaves for the winter. I will have to trim some of the trees that are shading this next spring.
4/26/25 – almost doubled in size again in just a few weeks
4/4/25 – it’s almost doubled in size since I planted it a couple months back
1/17/25 – Planted in backyard along the fence to neighbors, as a nice screen bush.
