Baja Pitcher Sage

9/13/25 – This is a GREAT plant that smells amazing. I can’t resist touching it when I walk by. I have soooo many seeds from last year, I need to sprout a few for my wife’s school garden. This patch has been in the ground for 1 year now.

5/26/25 – Starting to form a nice patch. The rich green fuzzy leaves smell amazing!

9/23/24

The fragrance for this is much nicer than the fragrant pitcher sage, in my opinion. It still smells along the lines of “Mister Clean” but it’s actually kind of nice. The flowers on this one are also magenta; as opposed to light purple on the other one.

Planted on 7/12/24 among existing columbines and hummingbird sage.
