Purchased a 1 gallon plant on 9/28/24 from Linda Vista Natives. I killed the last one I planted. I believe it was because I broke the roots up with a knife when I planted it. I just read that manzanitas HATE to have their roots disturbed.
I pruned the new plant I just bought to encourage branching. It’s very young so it should respond nicely. I’m attempting to make a clone with the cutting.
