2\/1\/26 – A few flowers on the rock that protects the this manzanita from rouge weed whackers at my wife’s school. It’s still there 3 months later and seems to be doing well.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

11\/29\/25 – Planted this at my wife’s school, along with a few other natives. I can only hope that it survives whatever comes it’s way. I’m thinking I should at least make some kind of sign or something. Hopefully it can get established this winter and the landscape gods are kind. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

10\/18\/25 – Picked this one up at Summer Winds, it’s the 2nd one I purchased from them; I killed the first one in under a month watering it in the summer while it was still in it’s pot. It was a quick death.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don’t need anymore manzanita’s but when I see a nice specimen of one I don’t have, it’s really hard to walk away. This one already proved hard to keep alive in a pot, so I guess I should prioritize planting it somewhere or gifting it to someone.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
