2\/22\/26 – The Gooseberry has woken up from it’s summer nap and is looking very green. This has been in the ground about 14 months now and has grown quite a bit. Curious to see how it does this year and how big it might get. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

10\/3\/25 – Looks like it made it through the first summer and it’s starting to break dormancy. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

9\/19\/25 – Nothing but a couple of thorny sticks at the moment. I stopped watering it after spring, so hopefully it was able to get established. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

12\/31\/24 – Planted along the back fence to keep the dogs away, it’s covered with thorns.<\/strong> It’s also deciduous so this is a good spot because it’s under an existing tree and heavily shaded in the summer. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
